Take 5-10 minutes to warm up to 60-70% of 1 RM Deadlift
Min 1: Max Reps Deadlift (at weight above)
Min 2: Rest
Min 3: Max Distance Farmers Carry
Min 4: Rest
Coach’s Tip: Max rep deadlifts is meant to go to “technical failure” meaning as soon as your form starts to degrade it is time to drop the weight. This not just about building strength but maintaining ideal position in the movement. This workout should be challenging your grip as well and you can further tax your grip by not using a mixed grip with your deadlifts.
