Just a reminder that there is NO yoga this weekend!  We’ll be back at it next Sunday. But be sure to follow Coach John and Ashley G. as they hit the mall for the epic CrossFit competition”Flex on the Mall” today!

 

SKILL WOD

Spend 10 minutes on

30 HSPU

or

Handstand Walking

or

Handstand Holds

WOD

2 minutes on 1 minute off for 5 rounds

20 Alternating 1 Arm DB Snatch

Max Burpees

Coach’s Tip: Take today to work on HSPU progressions. For the dumbbell use a load you can move.  It should be taking a max of 90 seconds for 20 alternating DB snatches.  If it is taking 90 seconds on round one you should scale the load or go from the hang to speed things up.
