Remember the goal board? I walk by it all the time and I recently I notice my name up there with three goals that I feel are achievable and I have not really moved noticeably closer to achieving any of them. It’s great to have goals but once you know what you want to achieve you need to make a plan to get there.
I decided to attack my first goal of improving my back squat. The last 3 weeks I put myself on a squat program in addition to my normal CrossFitting and have been really enjoying the growth.
