Remember the goal board? I walk by it all the time and I recently I notice my name up there with three goals that I feel are achievable and I have not really moved noticeably closer to achieving any of them. It’s great to have goals but once you know what you want to achieve you need to make a plan to get there.

I decided to attack my first goal of improving my back squat. The last 3 weeks I put myself on a squat program in addition to my normal CrossFitting and have been really enjoying the growth. If you have a goal you are looking to achieve, it’s time to put a plan in motion. Please for free to talk to any of the coaches if you want help in making that plan.

Next week we are running another round of Foundations for those that what or need to attend.

Friday July 31st, 2015 – Pull Ups and Snatches

1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hanging Power Snatch + 1 Snatch 
for 10 minutes perform 1 set of the complex above (add weight every minute)

15 Jumping Lunges
6 Rounds
(12 min cap)
Fitness 45/35 (just go below the knee) (lunges in place)
RX and RX+ 75/55 (Jumping lunges)
