 3 Squat Cleans12 Sit ups5 Rounds Rest 5 minutes 4 Power Cleans12 Box Jumps5 Rounds Rest 5 minutes 5 Hanging Power Cleans12 Wall Balls5 Rounds Fitness: 95/65RX: 155/105RX+: 165/110 Coach’s Tip: The loading on the barbell should be moderate to heavy.  With the rest, this should not take longer than 30 minutes.  Think of it as three mini-METCONS and go all out on each!
