It could be to shave 1 Minute off your Helen time, to gain more mobility to be able to touch your toes or even to get more sleep at night. This week we have coverage in the kids room at 9:30 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday classes. We had a great time with last week’s CrossFit Family workout and it seems like the kids did as well. We will be doing another Family Workout on March 17th at 10 AM class.
